About the Role
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III (SRE) to join our team in Arlington, TX. This hybrid role requires a strong background in software engineering and cloud infrastructure, with proven expertise in automation, reliability, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure in Azure.
- Develop automation solutions and tools using Python and .NET.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy resilient applications.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and operational standards.
- Local to DFW area - must work onsite in Arlington, TX (Tues/Wed).
- Strong coding and scripting skills in Python and .NET.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, monitoring, automation).
- Proven ability to design and implement reliable, highly available systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Ability to complete a coding assessment within 24 hours of request.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD systems (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins).
