We're working with a growing organization to add a Senior SEO Manager who will own and scale organic search strategy across a multi-market footprint. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting overall demand generation efforts.

What You'll Do

+ Lead enterprise SEO strategy across national and regional markets

+ Own technical SEO initiatives (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, site speed, etc.)

+ Partner with web and engineering teams to implement best practices, including Core Web Vitals and structured data

+ Drive keyword strategy and content direction aligned to search intent

+ Oversee local SEO efforts to improve visibility across multiple markets

+ Establish and track SEO performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize growth

+ Analyze performance trends and implement data-driven improvements

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with paid search, analytics, and content teams

Requirements

What They're Looking For

+ 7+ years of experience in SEO (technical + content)

+ Experience managing SEO for large-scale or multi-location websites

+ Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies

+ Ability to turn search data into actionable insights and strategy

+ Experience working cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams

Nice to Have

+

Experience with leading SEO tools and platforms

+ Familiarity with large CMS environments and templated page structures

+ Background managing local SEO programs at scale
