Cyber Ark / IAM Engineer II

Engineer II - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support and
enhance enterprise identity and privileged access solutions. This role is hands-on
and engineering-focused, contributing to the modernization of a legacy Cyber Ark
environment while supporting IAM services across on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid
platforms. The engineer will work closely with senior IAM leaders to strengthen
security posture, improve audit readiness, and enable future-state, cloud-forward
IAM architecture.

• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite

IAM
Engineering & Operations

• Support and enhance IAM solutions for provisioning, authentication, governance, and privileged access
• Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests while meeting SLAs
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support
• Provide audit artifacts, evidence, and remediation support

Identity
Platform Engineering & Integration

• Support integrations with Cyber Ark, Okta, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Active Directory, LDAP, and databases
• Assist with onboarding applications into IAM platforms
• Support SaaS migration and authentication initiatives
• Perform system health checks, apply fixes, and implement monitoring

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
