We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant IT Project Manager to lead and support strategic technology initiatives within the IT Delivery Practice. This role focuses on driving modernization efforts, improving delivery processes, and enabling business value through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executives, engineers, architects, and business teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Lead planning and execution of technology modernization initiatives
  • Assess project scope, prioritize work, and support development of modernization roadmaps
  • Build strong relationships with IT and product teams to identify opportunities for value creation
  • Develop and manage portfolio processes, balancing speed, cost, and strategic impact
  • Prepare documentation and deliver presentations for technical and leadership audiences
  • Support portfolio planning activities, including OKRs, KPIs, and initiative tracking
  • Contribute to organizational change management efforts
  • Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency across delivery teams
  • Identify and manage dependencies across multiple initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience leading technology projects, programs, or portfolios
  • 7+ years of experience managing modernization or transformation initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement
