Location:

Arlington, TX - Hybrid work arrangement.

Must be local to Arlington, TX. 12-month potential cth, no sponsorship available.

• 7-10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles.
• PMP certification.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) knowledge preferred.

• Communicating up and down the stack – interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services.
• Leading the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business needs.
• Supporting the assessment of the program scope and supporting technology capabilities to drive modernization activities.
• Building and developing effective relationships with different IT and product teams to find opportunities for increased business value while modernizing technology solutions.
• Creating effective program processes and thinking out of the box to deliver value quickly while managing costs strategically.
• Documenting and conducting presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote program strategy and communicate progress.
• Supporting the IT Delivery group in planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs, etc. as it relates to program goals.
• Assisting with change management activities for the team and beyond.
• Championing the financials of assigned programs, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program.
• Conforming to all company policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
