Member Advocate I Responsibilities
- Help people by providing advice tailored to member’s financial needs.
- Assist with everyday financial transactions and planning.
- Provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all computer users under general supervision.
- Responsible for imaging and reimaging computers in the current environment.
- Manage asset lifecycle and recycling.
- Answer inbound calls from members in a call center environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Follow established procedures to satisfy member’s financial needs.
- Analyze digital performance and market data to transform insights into clear direction.
- Drive alignment across marketing, retail, lending, and call center teams.
- Navigate competing priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Use customer feedback, performance data and internal insights to prioritize actions.
- Translate inputs into actionable priorities.
