Member Advocate I Responsibilities

• Help people by providing advice tailored to member’s financial needs.
• Assist with everyday financial transactions and planning.

• Provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all computer users under general supervision.
• Responsible for imaging and reimaging computers in the current environment.
• Manage asset lifecycle and recycling.

• Answer inbound calls from members in a call center environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Follow established procedures to satisfy member’s financial needs.

• Analyze digital performance and market data to transform insights into clear direction.
• Drive alignment across marketing, retail, lending, and call center teams.
• Navigate competing priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Use customer feedback, performance data and internal insights to prioritize actions.
• Translate inputs into actionable priorities.
