Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex problems.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate AI models.
Monitor the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and optimize algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand AI requirements and provide training on AI tools and best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on AI models, algorithms, and deployment processes.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, including hands-on experience with model development, deployment, and optimization.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural networks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for AI model deployment.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and train junior AI engineers.
