  Minimum $33.36/hr to Maximum $51.19/hr (based on relevant experience)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of experience in a supported business functional area (e.g., finance, supply chain, human capital), preferably in healthcare, including at least 2 years working with ERP systems (People Soft/Oracle).
• 4 years of supply chain experience with at least 2 years of People Soft SCM experience highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of the ERP business functional area within the organization.
• Experience with documentation, workflow design, build, or operational workflow in the area of specialty.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with teams of all sizes with moderate supervision.
• Professional expertise in the build and maintenance of ERP applications and systems.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Problem solving skills for moderate scope issues requiring analysis of multiple factors.
• Judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Strong internal and external working relationship building.
• Able to work from general instructions for routine work or detailed instructions for new projects.
• Encouraged to accept stretch goals such as leading new projects and initiatives within the functional area.
• PC skills required.

• Work with ERP leadership and key stakeholders to implement business improvement opportunities and provide ERP system support.
• Function as a project manager and provide consulting services on integrating information technologies into ERP business processes.
• Define system requirements and assess impacts for new installs, enhancements, releases, and upgrades of ERP system software within the functional area.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support as required by the ERP application life cycle.
• Diagnose defects in ERP applications and coordinate with the technical team to resolve them.
• Triage and address system questions or concerns with the Director of ERP Business Solutions.
• Manage ERP system master data within the functional area.
• Identify and support implementation of ERP business process improvements.
• Create queries and reports to support end-user requirements and analysis.
• Develop and maintain ERP system training materials and job aids.
• Develop test scripts and execute testing as needed.
• Maintain awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in the area of responsibility.
• Provide a combination of virtual and onsite support to multiple Texas Health locations, including hospitals and clinics.
