This role supports day‑to‑day operations and enhancements of the AFS Endpoint Privilege Management system, a commercial EP Management product with self‑service workstation software deployments. Responsibilities include routine system checks, user support, rule/policy changes, client software updates, building, deploying, and maintaining self‑service software, and acting as a subject‑matter expert for the solution.

What You Need
  • Minimum three years’ experience in Information Technology with significant experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions and building and deploying applications with Config Mgr and Jamf.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Bonus if you have
  • Experience as a user and an administrator of the following systems:
    • Beyond Trust Endpoint Privilege Management or other enterprise privilege management products.
    • Service Now, Active Directory, Windows and Mac workstations, Config Mgr, Jamf Pro, Intune, Jira.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides compensation ranges based on labor costs in the listed states and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position is $64,000—$124,200 USD.
