Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide implementation and support of Informatica Power Center, Informatica Cloud tools (IDMC), Tibco Data Virtualization, Splunk including patches and upgrades for environments.
  • Set up and configuration of enterprise production, QA, development and disaster recovery environments.
  • Back‑up and recovery of software, repository and configurations.
  • Disaster recovery planning, design, execution and documentation.
  • Monitoring environments and suggesting improvements for stability and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical support and work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment including throughput, repository sizing, capacity planning and maintenance.
  • Make proposals and participate in the planning of new and enhanced technologies or services within area of expertise.
  • Define standards and implement best practices to manage and support all environments.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, deployment diagrams and checklists.
  • Automating routine tasks where appropriate.
  • Develop operating system scripts, data transfers, monitoring, etc.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of business processes for supported business groups.
  • Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards and best practices.
  • Knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions.
  • Significant experience in a large and complex business environment.
  • Knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure and operations.
  • Working knowledge of information systems and operations systems for supported business groups.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Informatica Power Center on UNIX and Informatica Cloud tools (IDMC).
  • Must have moderate knowledge using UNIX (IBM AIX a plus); UNIX scripting knowledge is important.
  • Office software including strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
  • Strong people skills including the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to meet expected delivery dates and the tasks necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Must be a self‑starter with a strong attention to detail and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible schedule including on‑call rotation with possibility of working long hours including weekends/holidays, occasional overtime or split shifts may be required.
Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience preferred.
  • 5–7 years of overall experience in Information Systems required.
Additional Knowledge And Skills
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work.
  • Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.
AI Skills Preferred
  • Experience with AI assisted software development or automation.
  • Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality.
  • Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations.
