Data Analyst

Requirements

• We require an active TS/SCI clearance.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; a graduate degree is preferred.
• We are seeking 5–10 years of experience in analytical problem-solving, planning and organization, professional communication, concise writing, presentation and facilitation, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• We need strong technical capability, including adaptability with new systems, SharePoint development or coding, custom permissions and document library management, large dataset handling, file structure management, and a basic understanding of relational databases.
• We prefer knowledge of the DoD Counter drug community, related data and knowledge programs, DoD Counter drug strategies, authorities, doctrine, and priorities, Microsoft 365, and C2IE.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require the ability to pass our pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• We coordinate, integrate, and support counter-transnational organized crime, counter drug, and counter threat finance enterprise efforts to identify, acquire, and share information that helps expose and disrupt illicit activity.
• We help increase situational awareness and transparency around available knowledge, information, and data across the enterprise.
• We promote holistic information sharing and stronger collaboration across the organization.
• We conduct outreach with government, interagency, law enforcement, academic, and private-sector partners to support knowledge management efforts.
• We build and maintain working relationships with components and sub-components and coordinate with KIC Program Analysts as needed.
• We identify, collect, consolidate, validate, and assess knowledge, information, and data requirements, and support solution testing and evaluation.
• We manage and update data in the C2IE CN and CTF Activity Manager and provide training and best practices to the user community.
• We maintain and update the knowledge, information, and data SharePoint site.
• We identify and implement practical solutions to complex collaboration and mission challenges by consulting experts across government, industry, and academia.
• We support knowledge and information management efforts that improve situational awareness and transparency for DoD support to law enforcement and interagency operations.
• We support working groups focused on information management, performance metrics, and technology by helping assess requirements, evaluate solutions, and track implementation.
