• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service
• Escalate complex problems to senior technicians
• Document solutions and maintain accurate service records
• Assist with client onboarding and workstation setup
• Monitor systems and alerts to proactively resolve issues

• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• PC Hardware familiarity
• Windows operating system familiarity
• IP-based networking familiarity/understanding
• Experience with any of the following a big plus:
  HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, Threat Locker, Cisco Duo, Cove Backups, Connect Secure, Copilot, Scale Pad, Control Map
