• Clearance:
  Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance
• Work Environment: on-site, Cristal City, Arlington, VA

• Administer and support People Soft applications, including People Soft HCM and related modules.
• Support People Soft system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Assist with People Soft configuration, testing, issue resolution, and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot People Soft application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support People Soft integrations, data validation, and system monitoring activities.
• Assist with requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training materials.
• Work with functional and technical teams to support People Soft business processes.
• Support compliance with Federal Government and customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience administering or supporting People Soft applications.
• Working knowledge of People Soft HCM or related People Soft modules.
• Understanding of People Soft architecture, configuration, People Tools, integrations, and system support.
• Ability to troubleshoot People Soft application issues and coordinate technical resolution.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to workon-site in Arlington, VA.
• No remote work is allowed.

• Experience with People Soft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or related modules.
• Familiarity with People Soft Update Manager (PUM).
• Familiarity with People Soft Integration Broker and Application Engine.
• Experience with People Soft upgrades, including People Tools and HCM upgrades.
• Experience with People Soft testing tools, including People Soft Test Framework (PTF).
• Experience supporting People Soft implementations for Federal Government or Department of Defense customers.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $171,000.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
