Description:

This position will assist our clients in solving technical support issues, provide remote and on-site support. About us, we are an established computer and technology support firm and have been in business for over 30 years in the DFW (Dallas / Fort Worth) metroplex area.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Knowledge of PC and laptop installation and troubleshooting, desktop operating systems
- Windows registry, productivity application such as MS Office, password resets, basic computer hardware and printer operation
- Basic knowledge of TCPIP is required and general networking (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN).
- Must be able to manage AD user and computer accounts.
- Must be able to set up new users in O365.
- Assist users with technical issues and “how to” questions.
- Be able to perform installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.
- Be able to write clear and concise documentation and instructions.
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in fast paced environments and under pressure.
- Continuous improvement keeping current on new technology, industry trends and threats.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation, travel to client sites in the DFW area is a requirement.
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills are required as you will be communicating with end users.
- Professional presentation and appearance. Dressing smartly, being clean and having good personal hygiene, and carrying yourself well is all part of making a strong first impression and appearing professional.
Associates or Specialized Training in relevant Course work
Experience:1 year or more as a Tier 1 with desktop, AD user account management, O365 and application support. Previous MSP experience is a plus.
PreferredCertifications:
A+ or equivalent, Network + or equivalent, Security +.
