About Us:
As a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, we are driven by innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Analyst to support our plant-level IT operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, supporting manufacturing technologies, and ensuring data integrity across our facility.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and uptime.
- Provide technical support for ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives through monitoring and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with corporate IT and plant teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
- Manage service tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment (often up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable using ladders to access and troubleshoot equipment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation interfaces.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
