Job Description
Defines end to end solution architecture for Service Now implementations within Intelligence Community environments. Bridges business requirements with technical design while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and federal security requirements. Operates with significant architectural authority, leading solution design activities across multiple Service Now modules and guiding technical teams through complex implementation decisions.
The work you’ll do- Develops enterprise aligned architectural deliverables including data models, integration patterns, platform guardrails, and module specific solution designs.
- Defines the technical strategy for implementing new capabilities across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, or other program specific areas.
- Evaluates and advises on platform capabilities, integration options, data structures, and performance considerations.
- Governs adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform maintainability across solution delivery.
- Supports feasibility assessments, backlog shaping, and technical sizing activities.
- Partners with Technical Architects and Functional Leads to ensure solution designs are both technically sound and aligned to business requirements
- Solution architecture experience with at least 5 years in Service Now platform architecture
- Federal or Intelligence Community experience
- Service Now CSA and CAD certifications
- Service Now CTA, CMA, multiple CIS certifications
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required

. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$130,200—$265,300 USD
