A small litigation law firm is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to assist with evaluating potential clients and cases. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, gathering relevant information, and preparing attorneys for consultations. Candidates must have excellent customer service, decision-making skills, and be capable of handling detailed data entry for case management. A positive attitude and strong bilingual (Spanish and English) communication skills are preferred.
This is a full-time temporary position with 32+ hours per week expected.
