• Represent clients at USCIS for green card and citizenship interviews.
• Represent clients in Immigration Court for bond and removal defense, such as Cancellation of Removal cases.
• Review files for the supervising attorney.
• Perform legal research and write briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action.
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and motions.
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Good standing with any bar of U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in immigration law.
