Bilingual Legal Assistant

We are looking for a bilingual legal assistant (Spanish) with a passion for immigration law to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings, and ensuring our legal team is aware of upcoming deadlines. You’ll also assist with preparing legal documents and perform any other tasks as needed to ensure our firm is operating efficiently.

• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates
• Assist our legal team in preparing immigration applications and supporting documents for family‑based and removal defense cases
• Draft legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and correspondence
• Maintain case files and update case management systems

• Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Organizational skills and communication skills are necessary for this position
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary
• Spanish (speaking and writing)

$18 - $20 hourly
