* Job Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Manager
- Network Engineering at T-Mobile oversees and optimizes end-to-end supply chain operations supporting the network equipment lifecycle, spanning forward (inbound logistics, warehousing, staging/kitting, fulfillment, and deployment readiness) and reverse (returns, RMA coordination, repair/refurbishment, redeployment, and disposition) flows. This role leads day-to-day and program-level execution at third-party logistics and repair facilities managing network equipment, materials, and critical spares to ensure operational readiness for network build, upgrade, and maintenance activities.

Serving as a primary liaison between Network Engineering, Field Operations, and external vendors, the manager independently owns operational performance, escalations, and corrective actions that reduce service-impacting risk. The role drives continuous improvement across inventory management, cycle time, asset controls, and vendor performance while accelerating adoption of systems and tools such as WMS/ERP enhancements, serialization, and performance dashboards. Success is measured by improved network readiness, reduced aging and cost-to-serve, accurate inventory and asset utilization, and sustained SLA performance across forward and reverse operations.

Job Responsibilities
:

Ensure stable execution across inbound logistics, warehousing, staging/kitting, fulfillment to field locations, returns processing, repair/refurbishment, redeployment, and disposition flows
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between T-Mobile Network Engineering/Operations teams and external logistics, repair, OEM, and disposition partners. Drive accountability, resolve performance gaps, and ensure vendor compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and operational requirements across forward and reverse supply chains.
  • Independently manage complex operational issues and escalations impacting network readiness, critical spares availability, inventory accuracy, cycle time, cost, or service risk. Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence and service impact.
  • Support and lead short- and long-term initiatives including special projects, onboarding and integration of new suppliers or 3PL capabilities, capacity changes, network programs, and broader supply chain transformation efforts spanning forward distribution and reverse recovery operations.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across receiving, put-away, inventory management, staging/kitting, outbound fulfillment, returns, repair workflows, and asset disposition to improve throughput, quality, aging, and cost-to-serve.
  • Facilitate adoption and stabilization of systems and tools (e.g., WMS/ERP enhancements, serialization and asset tracking, performance dashboards, automation) to improve visibility, controls, and scalability of forward and reverse network supply chain operations.
  • Develop, monitor, and act on KPIs, scorecards, and operating metrics to ensure SLA compliance, vendor performance quality, inventory integrity, and alignment with network build, upgrade, and maintenance readiness requirements.
