Job Overview

The Manager, Supply Chain at T-Mobile is a people manager position that leads day-to-day execution and continuous improvement for network equipment supply chain operations, integrating forward (planning, inbound logistics, warehousing, staging/kitting, and field fulfillment) and reverse (returns, RMA coordination, repair/refurbishment, redeployment, and disposition) functions. This position manages execution at third‑party logistics and repair partners, ensuring critical spares and materials are available to support network build, upgrade, and maintenance activities.

Acting as the operational liaison to Network Engineering, Field Operations, Procurement, and Finance, the manager owns vendor performance, SLA adherence, and resolution of service‑impacting escalations. The Manager, Supply Chain drives process improvements, cost controls, and adoption of systems and tools (WMS/ERP integrations, asset tracking/serialization, dashboards) to strengthen visibility, controls, and scalability. Success is measured by improved network readiness, inventory accuracy, reduced aging/cost‑to‑serve, and sustained vendor performance.

  • Design and implement process improvements across receiving, put‑away, inventory controls, staging, outbound fulfillment, returns triage, and disposition to reduce cycle time, defects, and cost‑to‑serve.

  • Deliver operational scorecards and actionable insights to Network Engineering, Field Ops, Procurement, and Finance; translate data into prioritized actions and capacity/inventory recommendations.
