Customer Service Rep

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery teams to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, delivering world‑class service.
• Apply exemplary customer service, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Use computer systems to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license (for company vehicle operation).
• 1–2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Basic math calculation ability.
• Personable, enthusiastic, engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Local travel, less than 10% of the role.

Requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

$20.00 – $40.00 per hour. Actual base salary will vary based on relevant factors.
