* You will be the Subcontract Management Associate for the THAAD Global Supply Chain team Our team is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality products to our customers, coordinating across engineering, logistics, finance, and external partners to make every piece of the puzzle fit together
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subcontract Management Associate you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract activities that keep the supply chain moving efficiently

+ Coordinate efforts across engineering, logistics, finance, and external partners
+ Manage subcontractor performance and compliance

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1 years of professional experience; or a related Masters degree Considered career, or journey, level
- Experience in business related role

* - Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR and contracting types
- In depth knowledge of all types of contracts and how to utilize which type in various program scenarios
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
- Experience with long form subcontracts utilizing Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures LMAP
- Aerospace program negotiation skills and experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and work well under pressure
- Experienced presenter to Program Management and Customer representative
- Self Motived with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership, and accountability for tasks/assignments
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of management
- Ability to be flexible and accept change
- Must be able to resolve complex problems in a fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment; ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions by exercising sound problem solving skills
- Experience in Defense, government or aerospace
