Job Overview
The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain – Freight Operations at T‑Mobile is responsible for managing end‑to‑end freight carrier relationships and operations to ensure reliable, cost‑effective movement of devices and equipment across the supply chain. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carrier performance management, contract compliance, and freight optimization initiatives that directly support T‑Mobile’s retail replenishment and new product introduction (NPI) launch strategies.
The analyst partners with internal stakeholders across logistics, merchandising, and retail operations to ensure inbound and outbound freight programs are aligned with launch timelines, inventory requirements, and service level expectations. Through data‑driven analysis and root‑cause problem solving, the analyst drives continuous improvement in carrier performance, freight cost, and on‑time delivery outcomes, ensuring devices reach retail locations ahead of launch dates and mitigating risk associated with last‑mile delivery failures and supply disruptions.

- Lead cross‑functional freight coordination including full truckload (FTL) and less‑than‑truckload (LTL) shipments from device and collateral suppliers, inventory movement coordination across business units, loss mitigation programs for high‑value return shipments, and new store kit shipment compliance to contractual standards of work.
