Job Description
We are immediately hiring a Supply Chain Ops Manager in Arlington, TX, for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Key Details- Pay Type: Salaried Exempt / Paid Bi-Monthly
- Target Salary: $70,000 - $74,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, plus Saturdays as scheduled
- Flexibility: Required to work Saturdays as necessary to meet business needs, operation runs 6 days per week
- Preferred Experience: Supply Chain/Logistics management, automotive manufacturing materials management, managing/coaching/developing employees

- Communicate daily/shift goal of facility and group(s). Devise, implement plans to obtain operational goals and provide progress updates to management.
- Provide leadership for Supply Chain Ops Supervisors, SNE and hourly employees through in‑depth training and continuous review of employee understanding of policies, procedures and processes.
- Identify and solve operational issues with accounts, including continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
- Hire, train and supervise exempt and/or hourly employees in the assigned work group(s).
- Support development of system and process training for employees, perform administrative functions including tracking of time, attendance and performance feedback.
- Instruct and enforce location safety management plans, training and processes.
- Assign employees to tasks and ensure required tools are available.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees, peers, and management.
- Strong organizational, follow‑up and computer skills.
- Self‑directed with minimal supervision.
- Manage individual performance and employee relations.
- Prioritize and organize work, strong follow‑up, analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Work independently and as a team member.

- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) intermediate required.
- OSHA intermediate required.
- DOT and Hazmat knowledge intermediate preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools beginner preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field preferred.
- Two or more years in logistics, warehouse or related field required.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience required.
- Three or more years of problem‑solving experience using root‑cause countermeasure systems preferred.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) intermediate required.
- OSHA intermediate required.
- DOT and Hazmat knowledge intermediate preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools beginner preferred.
