Description
You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the GSC Resiliency Team. The team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and resilient supply chain to support the program’s success, including supplier capacity ramps, strategic sourcing activities, and cross‑program production acceleration.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Senior you will oversee the end‑to‑end subcontracting process, ensuring supply chain resilience and supporting production acceleration across programs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a resilient supply chain strategy for the PAC‑3 Program and MFC‑wide initiatives.
- Manage supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross‑program production acceleration efforts, aligning uniform strategies across the business.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to sustain operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with supply chain management, including capacity planning and risk/opportunity management.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of supplier issue resolution, IMSs, NOCs, and supplier tooling/equipment validations.
- Familiarity with Subcontract Management Team (SMT) organization and business rhythms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with a variety of subcontract contract types.
- Basic engineering principals and background.
Secret clearance required.
Work Schedule4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Additional InformationAbility to work remotely part of the schedule: the selected employee will work part of the week remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
