ISCARUSA, a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, is seeking a Logistics Representative to support day-to-day order, inventory, and vendor coordination activities. This role partners with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to help ensure accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and strong operational support.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding purchase orders, logistics updates, and order status.
• Prepare purchase orders, update sales orders, and process invoice receipts using trained judgment.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve order discrepancies to help ensure timely fulfillment.
• Update and maintain internal systems with accurate order and inventory information.
• Respond to requests promptly, typically within the same business day.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to support operational effectiveness.

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, order management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, carriers, and cross‑functional teams.
