Description
You will be the Subcontract Management member for the GSC Resiliency Team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and resilient supply chain to support the program’s success, including supplier capacity ramps, strategic sourcing activities, and cross-program production acceleration.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing supplier capacity, driving strategic sourcing, and ensuring consistent execution of resilience initiatives across programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier capacity ramps and monitor performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
- Coordinate cross-program production acceleration efforts.
- Implement uniform resilience strategies across the business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain robustness.

Basic Qualifications- Procurement/GSC Experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Communication and problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
- Experience with Supplier Capacity, Rate Ramp, and IMS Management
- Experience working within a Subcontract Management Team (SMT) structure
- Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
- Ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework. The employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. These schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time Off.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
