General Laborer

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a General Laborer to assist with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, operating a shearing machine to cut and bend reinforcing steel bars, and using a forklift for product movement. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Load and unload trucks.
• Clean and handle concrete forms.
• Operate a shearing machine to cut and bend reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths and shapes.
• Use forklift to assist with loading and movement of product.
• Ensure accuracy of loads and timely delivery of product.

• Experience in warehouse or general labor roles.
• Ability to operate forklift and shearing machines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
