Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Floor Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in floor care and is also willing to assist with general commercial cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities:

Strip and wax floors

Operate sit-down and walk-behind floor scrubbers

Perform carpet cleaning and VLM (Very Low Moisture) cleaning

Use buffer and burnisher machines

General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal, etc.)

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Travel to multiple job sites as required

Requirements:

Experience with floor care equipment (buffer, burnisher, scrubbers)

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks

Must be reliable, on time, and able to work independently

Must have a positive attitude and be respectful to clients and coworkers

Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask

Uniform required (provided)

Schedule:

Flexible hours available

Evening and weekend shifts may be required
