Coreworks is hiring immediately for a full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position.

• Location:
  
  Texas Masonic – 1501 West Division Street, Arlington, TX 76012.
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time;
  Monday through Sunday, hours may vary. Some weekends. Details upon interview.
• Requirement:
  Prior experience as a floor technician is required.
• Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface treatment, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
