Introduction

This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the only employer responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at this restaurant.

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck twice a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and remove roof debris
