Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine is currently looking for an experienced, professional and organized Title Clerk for their very busy Fleet Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience as a dealership Title Clerk. We value our employees and invest in their success. Classic is the largest Chevy dealer in America, and Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine strives to be your “hometown” dealer.

Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

- Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state
- Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office on related issues
- Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
- Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Other duties may be assigned
- CDK experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
