Overview

JOB SUMMARY:

The Onsite Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at a specific location or facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • a. Supervise and lead on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • b. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operation.
    • c. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Operational Oversight
    • a. Monitor and manage day to day operations to meet organizational goals.
    • b. Recruiting and on-boarding of on-site personnel to assure uninterrupted production of client.
    • c. Responsible for the timely distribution of daily reports, weekly reports as well as monthly reports.
    • d. Implement and enforce both company as well as client policies and procedures.
    • e. Process weekly payroll for all on-site employees.
    • g. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations
    • a. Serve as a point of contact for the clients associates with the on-site operations.
    • b. Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • c. Build and maintain positive relations with key customer associates.
  • Problem-Solving
    • a. Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during on-site operations.
    • b. Implement proactive solution to prevent future problems.
  • Communication
    • a. Communicate effectively with both on-site staff and upper management.
    • b. Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Experience in recruiting/staffing.
  • Bi-Lingual English and Spanish
  • Flexibility:
    Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges.

    Skills:

    Strong Organizational and time management skills.
  • Working Conditions:

    The Onsite Staffing Manager may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, depending on the clients work schedule.
