What You Will Bring to the Table

You must be able to:

  • Command the desk with confidence and authority
  • Lead from the front — energizing, motivating, and driving the sales team every day
  • Run new and preowned operations with expert precision
  • Maximize profitability through sharp deal structure and strong F&I partnership
  • Set the tone, set the pace, and hold the team accountable
  • Maintain a competitive, disciplined, high performance environment
  • Master traffic management and ensure every opportunity is maximized
  • Communicate clearly, decisively, and professionally
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
