Are you a compassionate, people-first leader who finds fulfillment in helping patients understand their care, feel confident in their decisions, and move forward toward better health? Do you love supporting a team, building systems, and creating an environment where both patients and team members thrive?

We’re a busy, privately owned, two-doctor dental practice in Conroe, TX looking for a strong Practice Manager to help lead our team and guide our patients through their treatment journey with clarity and care. This is a leadership opportunity inside a growing practice where your impact will be felt daily by both patients and team members.

At Conroe Dental Associates, we believe leadership is about setting the tone through integrity, positivity, and professionalism. We lead by example. We coach instead of criticize. We invest in growth. And we believe the right leader can elevate both culture and performance at the same time.

If you love ownership, accountability, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives — we’d love to meet you.

This is a full-time, salaried Monday–Friday position that combines leadership responsibilities with treatment coordination.

  • Oversee insurance systems and aging reports
  • Manage payroll approvals, PTO tracking, and timesheet accuracy
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team performance reviews
  • Strengthen systems, improve workflows, and partner with doctors on growth initiatives

This role is designed to grow with the practice. As we continue to scale, the leadership responsibilities will expand and eventually transition into a more operations-focused position.

Who You Are:
  • You have 3+ years of dental office management and/or treatment coordination experience

  • You hold people accountable with clarity and kindness
  • You stay calm under pressure and solve problems before they elevate
  • You’re a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills
  • You believe culture and patient experience matter just as much as numbers
Bonus Points If You:
  • Have worked in a growth-focused private practice
  • Love tracking performance and improving systems
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing team members
