Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Join our team as a Project Manager where you will lead diverse projects to successful completion, ensuring they meet quality, timing, and budgetary expectations. You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements and fostering communication across all levels of the organization.

• Deliver all assigned projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Gather and document comprehensive business requirements and translate them into software requirements.
• Develop actionable plans and proposals to vendors based on project requirements.
• Manage project timelines and cost estimates effectively.
• Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate quality assurance processes, including testing and user acceptance.
• Maintain organized documentation of business processes and system functionalities.
• Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and timelines.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent facilitation and elicitation skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and self-motivational abilities.
• Team player attitude with leadership qualities.

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in using JIRA or similar project management software.
• Experience working with both external vendors and internal IT teams.
• Background in writing Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Experience with process improvement techniques.
