* You will be the Finance & Business Operations Sr  Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense  UTIAMD  Finance & Business Operations  F&BO  team  Our team is responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and partnering with program management to deliver successful outcomes

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Finance & Business Operations Sr  Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all business‑operations activities, driving program execution, and supporting new‑business captures as the finance business partner to the Program Management Director

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Drive program execution and capture efforts through expert program‑management and capture‑leadership

+ Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create business cases, new strategies, and initiatives that grow profitability

+ Provide senior‑leadership reporting and actionable financial insight to guide decision‑making

+ Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and value delivery

- Experience in Earned Value management and proposal capture

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at presentation to executive leadership and coordination across functions

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility  The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
