Basic Qualifications

• Generally 8+ years of related experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent training in a related discipline.
• Experience with US Government and/or international customers and contracts.
• Experience with contract negotiations.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and documented application of acquisition regulations (FAR & DFARS).
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

You will serve as the Contracts Management Manager for the PAC‑3 Sustainment Program within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Line of Business. The role focuses on delivering contract excellence that sustains the PAC‑3 program.

Oversee contract execution, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the sustainment effort.

• Develop and manage contract strategies that support PAC‑3 sustainment objectives.
• Monitor contract performance, compliance, and risk, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance partners to align contract requirements with program goals.
• Lead negotiations, modifications, and extensions with customers and subcontractors.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive briefings on contract health and milestones.

• Proven ability to develop trusted partnerships with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of Cost Type, Fixed Price, and Incentive Fee Contracting Types.
• Negotiation experience and knowledge of the PAC‑3 missile portfolio.
• Experience in strategy development for new captures.
• Ability to engage in routine and unique problems/ issues to develop solutions for multi‑million‑dollar complex contracts.
• Ability to coordinate DCAA and DCMA activities, including audits and financing payments.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience working autonomously with general direction.
• Experience handling multiple, widely varied assignments.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience problem solving, including identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment and work well under pressure.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence, positivity, and enthusiasm when leading a team and collaborating with key stakeholders during a project.

Part‑time remote telework is available: the employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
