The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the regional center, ensuring excellence in all work performed including fire and water mitigation, cleaning, pack‑out of contents, construction rebuilds and put‑backs. The role includes overseeing warehouse operations, transportation and logistics functions, and staffing, training, and scheduling the team for maximum productivity. The manager also ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and insurance scores.

This position offers professional growth by managing a multi‑million dollar business unit. As part of the management team, your skills will directly impact branch growth and the company’s expansion, with potential advancement to higher leadership positions.

• 3–5 years of restoration industry experience leading a diverse team in mitigation, restoration, and/or construction segments.
