Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in the overall management of the respective outlets, including staffing, training, scheduling, and directing activities to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.;
Maintain outlet staffing levels for optimal performance and monitor labor costs.;
Supervise outlet activities to ensure quality production and delivery of food and beverage service; interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.;
Prepare storeroom requisitions and manage inventory and costs within forecasted budget guidelines; review payroll to control labor costs.;
Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate departmental personnel; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing development.
