Maintenance Coordinator

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to staff, as well as performs skilled technical services within specific trades, including Electrical and HVAC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Park and Dept. Policies and Procedures

• Maintain documentation of Training Certifications, Maintenance & Safety Standards, requisitions, etc.

• Develop and maintain area operating budget, to include daily operation and rehab projects

• Supervise department employees. This includes daily work assignments, scheduling, commendation, discipline, etc.

• Ensure rides are maintained to the highest levels of Quality, Reliability and Safety possible

• Regularly serve as duty manager for the department.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years Maintenance Management Experience.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given moment. Working under pressure to be expected.

• Understanding of company and governmental regulations, as relates to the industry.

• Valid Driver's license.

• Must be a team player, motivated, dedicated, and able to delegate tasks and duties as needed to achieve company success.

• Position requires full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
