Our client supports commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects nationwide, providing contractors and developers with the products, expertise, and service needed to advance the country’s growing clean energy infrastructure.

We are seeking ambitious, competitive, and entrepreneurial individuals to join an accelerated
Manager in Training (MIT) Program, with opportunities available across multiple markets. Over an 18- to 24-month rotational program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, finance, inventory management, customer service, and leadership while developing the skills needed to lead a branch, manage a high-performing team, and operate a multi-million-dollar business.

What You’ll Do
Throughout the 18- to 24-month rotational program, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of branch operations, including:
- Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and customers
- Support account management activities while delivering exceptional customer service
- Learn daily branch operations, warehouse management, and distribution processes
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and operational efficiency
- Assist with project coordination and execution for commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Build financial acumen by learning budgeting, profit and loss management, pricing strategies, and overall branch performance
- Strengthen customer relationship management skills by identifying solutions and providing a best-in-class customer experience
- Develop leadership, coaching, and team management skills through mentorship and hands-on experience
- Participate in classroom instruction, technical training, and industry education to build product knowledge and leadership capabilities
- Prepare to successfully lead your own branch and manage a multi-million-dollar business
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in the Manager in Training (MIT) role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for business growth and problem-solving
- Strong desire to learn, accept coaching, and continuously develop professionally
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to relocate during the program to support career development opportunities
- Experience in customer service, sales, account management, or business development, preferred
- Leadership experience through collegiate athletics, student organizations, military service, entrepreneurial ventures, internships, or previous professional experience, preferred
- Proven ability to demonstrate resilience, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, preferred
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in leadership and branch management
