An established commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its expanding Dallas-Fort Worth operation. As General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the DFW branch while serving as the primary leader for the local team. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll help establish operational excellence, improve communication, develop employees, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

• Lead daily operations for a growing branch location.

• 7+ years of leadership experience within commercial and/or multifamily flooring.
• New construction flooring experience is required.
• Demonstrated success leading operational teams.
• Strong communication and relationship- building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability.
• Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie in absence of higher leadership.
• Experience managing multiple projects, personnel, and operational priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing organization.

• Base salary of $150,000–$180,000
  , depending on experience.
• Total compensation package around $200,000+.
