Practice Manager II

Seeking a Practice Manager II for our practice to provide leadership expertise and ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct day‑to‑day functions of the clinic to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff performance: supervise, coach/counsel front office and clinical staff; interview, hire, and train new staff.
• Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients; collaborate with leaders or partners to problem‑solve and process‑improve.
• Develop practice budget, including profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice and budgeting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or equivalent (or appropriate experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
