Trek seeks a Service Manager to lead our store's Service Center, owning workflow, staffing, and KPIs to ensure the best customer experience. You’ll be the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service while upholding Trek's hospitality and standards.
You will train the team, engage with customers to recommend the right service, manage service costs, keep orders organized, and take the lead in ensuring bikes are built and delivered to the floor.
