The Opportunity:
As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship‑building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will strengthen planning, execution, and coordination for high‑visibility special projects across Marine Corps installations and mission‑support initiatives. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that’ll enhance risk management, accelerate facility modernization, and support mission‑critical initiatives affecting operational readiness and infrastructure resilience.
On our team, you’ll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer‑related facilities management software and your problem‑solving skills, you’ll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on special projects that span facilities, installations, mission integration, and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
In this role, you’ll closely impactMCICOM and USMC infrastructure modernization priorities by developing project plans and schedules, assessing risks, supporting special initiatives across diverse installations, facilitating multi‑directorate communication, preparing design and funding documentation, maintaining enterprise systems data, and delivering project closeout materials. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:- Knowledge of MILCON, FSRM, facility modernization initiatives, or MCICOM operational structures
- Ability to assess project risk, manage schedules, facilitate multi‑stakeholder coordination, and maintain project documentation
- Ability to manage data across enterprise systems such as FIWEB, eProjects, PBIS, USMCMax, SMS Builder, DAI, or iNFADS
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, real estate, public policy, or public administration field and 10+ years of experience supporting special projects, facilities planning, or project management in defense or federal environments, or Master’s degree 5+ years of experience supporting special projects, facilities planning, or project management in defense or federal environments
- Experience supporting MCICOM directorates or multi‑installation project environments
- Knowledge of CD&I initiatives, facility modernization programs, or risk‑related reporting practices
- Ability to develop design, planning, and funding documentation for MILCON or FSRM projects
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field
- PMP, CFM, or related facilities or program management certifications
