As Hospital Manager, you're the one who makes those people, that space, and that experience run like clockwork.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the hospital's day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care for both people and their pets
- Manage the client experience, resolving issues on the spot and continuously improving internal processes
- Drive key hospital KPIs: wait times, client satisfaction, production, retention, and cost control
- Support budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking for the unit
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical operations and with finance on the unit P&L
- Partner with the HR Support team on staff requisition, interviewing, approvals, leading onboarding, and transferring Green Light culture
- Keep the floor premium: standards, supplies, compliance, and a calm, organized environment
- Proven experience of 3+ years, in healthcare management or hospital administration with strong supervisory skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and medical billing processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
- Strong managerial communication skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities to support staff and patient satisfaction.
- Experience managing teams within medical environments; knowledge of office management best practices is essential.
- Comfort with hospital/clinic management software, and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A background in emergency/ER veterinary facilities management
- Prior experience in a coordination or leadership role in a clinical setting
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency
