We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our home health care services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, healthcare administration, and fiscal oversight. This role demands a proactive leader capable of supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare office management or medical practice management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Proven experience supervising, coaching, and evaluating administrative and support staff.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable and enforce office policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Ability to establish and maintain a culture of professionalism, teamwork, customer service excellence, and respect in the workplace.
- Experience managing employee performance, attendance, workplace conduct, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance requirements, and office operations best practices.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and office management software.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical leadership and executive management to achieve organizational goals.
